ABOUT THE FOUNDER:
Rajnish Lall founded Jigsaw Pictures in 2005 after a decade of experience in various top-10 ad agencies and TV channels.
His first short film was titled ‘The Fall’, which won critical acclaim across the industry.
After more than 500 hundred ad-digital films, cinema and OTT shows, the latest to captivate Indian audiences is the web series ‘Murder in Mahim’ streaming on Jio Cinema.
Produced in collaboration with Viacom 18 Studio, this went live in May 2024 and has received great reviews. ‘Murder in Mahim’ has also been voted as the 7th most likeable show on Indian OTT in 2024.
Before this, Rajnish has been Creative Producer for the popular Hindi feature film ‘Sooper se Ooper’ starring Vir Das & Kirti Kulhari. That was made in collaboration with Reliance Entertainment and got released in October 2013.
In 2019, Rajnish produced ‘Thinkistan’, a joyous web about life in an advertising agency. This series, made across two seasons, is available for watching on MX Player.
When not producing thrilling content for advertising or entertainment, Rajnish remains a doting dad for his two daughters and a loving husband for wife Kamalika Guha Thakurta. And he loves to host & cook for his friends over the weekends.
